Founded in 1935, a leading department store of Kitakyushu. Located in central Kokura, it consists of a main building and a new building. The basement food floor gathers Kokura specialties such as nuka-daki side dishes and local sweets such as the chestnut manju of Kogetsudo. Izutsuya Manju has long been the store's signature item.
