A mixed-use commercial complex next to Kokura Castle and the Murasaki River. Its exterior in bold colors such as red, yellow, and purple is eye-catching and has made it a Kitakyushu landmark. Besides the shopping zone, it is also a cultural facility housing the Kitakyushu Performing Arts Theater, the Kitakyushu Municipal Museum of Art Annex, and the NHK Kitakyushu Broadcasting Station. Shops selling Kokura's famous sweets are also here.
