A commercial facility in the heart of Tenjin, opened in 2010 in the building of the former Iwataya main building. It consists of a main building and a new building, with many tenants strong in culture and fashion. In the basement are shops selling Fukuoka goods and Kyushu crafts, and it connects directly to the Tenjin Underground Mall.
