A parking area on the Hanshin Expressway Route 16 Osaka Port Line, on the side heading toward the Loop Route. Located in Minato-ku, Osaka, it is close to Kaiyukan, Tempozan and Universal Studios Japan. One of the few rest facilities on the expressways in the city center, it has a shop selling Osaka souvenirs.
