A large commercial facility that opened in 2011 as the core of the Abeno redevelopment. About 250 shops are located here, and the "Sky Court" on the third floor is popular as an outdoor event plaza. Anchored by Ito-Yokado and Tokyu Hands, it offers a wide range of goods from daily necessities to sweets, and is connected to Abeno Harukas by a pedestrian bridge.
