A nine-story complex commercial facility centered on a Tsutaya Books store, opened in 2016 in front of Hirakata-shi Station. Each floor has its own theme, and its feature is edited sales areas combining books, miscellaneous goods and food. Confectionery shops and bakeries from the local Kitakawachi area are also located here, making it a new meeting spot in Hirakata.
